Chelsea Fasano

Chelsea Fasano, MA, EdM, MHC-LP

They explore how to hold on to intimacy, depth, and devotion in a world that often pulls us away from all three—bringing this focus into their work as a psychotherapist, counselor, coach, and meditation teacher. With three degrees from Columbia University, including master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling, they blend clinical rigor with contemplative practice, drawing on nearly two decades of training in yoga, classical tantra, meditation, and embodiment. Their approach integrates psychodynamic insight, somatic work, and mindfulness-based methods to support lasting, lived transformation. With experience in interventional psychiatry settings and collaboration with leaders in psychedelic research and practice, they offer grounded, ethical support for those navigating change, relationships, purpose, and healing. They are a published author of peer-reviewed articles on the therapeutic effects of psychedelics (with work available via Google Scholar) and collaborate with the Thrive Mind Psychiatry team to provide comprehensive, individualized care—integrating psychotherapy and other evidence-informed supports when appropriate. Clients often describe their presence as grounding, clear, and deeply human.
